Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the catering and events business.
• Identify and secure new catering clients (corporates, events, private gatherings).
• Build long-term relationships with clients, event planners, and partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and catering packages.
• Lead marketing campaigns — digital and offline — to promote the catering arm.
• Manage social media collaborations and brand activations.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Track performance metrics (sales, leads, conversion, client retention).
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in Dubai’s F&B sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering, events, or F&B sales in the UAE.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of food presentation, menu design, and catering logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing digital marketing and social media promotions.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license preferred.

We are now expanding into corporate catering, private events, and special occasions, and looking for a motivated individual to drive sales and brand visibility.
