Should have 2 years of UAE Experience in a Facility Management Company
Prior experience in building maintenance, specifically in MEP systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in MEP systems
Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
