Title: Location Team Leader Charters

Work Model: Full-time (office based)

Location: Dubai

Summary of Role

• Oversee and lead the daily sales activities and operations of the Charter Team
• Contribute with meeting his/her own revenue annual sales target
• Monitor and manage all lead generations, key client management, new client and market identification and acquisition costs within the team
• Speed of response, effective management of all client enquiries resulting in a higher fixture conversion rate are key KPI s
• Coach, evaluate and improve the performance of the Charter team through team-building efforts, regular training, review and feedback
• Ensure that the Charter team records all their sales and BD activities in the company CRM System with accuracy and follow up
• Management motivation and implementation of pro-active account management

Experience Required:

• 4-5 years brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of deal making in a competitive sales environment
• Developed new business in your previous roles through individual sales initiatives and incentives
• Analytical Skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level
• Team Building and Management skills exposure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Can demonstrate their passion for the industry and willingness to work with clients out of hours and on-call from time to time
• Has emotional regulation, is adaptable and possesses a growth mindset
• Strong commercial acumen
