• Maintain and update learning and development records, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Develop and maintain annual training budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimized.
• Collaborate effectively with HR and leadership teams to support talent management initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field required.
• A minimum of three years experience in Learning and Development roles is essential.
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning tools is preferred.
• Certification in training or instructional design will be considered an asset.
