Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise land surveys using advanced GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners to gather accurate data for project planning and execution.
  • Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to integrate survey data into project designs and resolve any spatial discrepancies.
  • Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction stakeout, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and local codes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Holds a valid professional license or certification as a Land Surveyor, recognized by the Dubai Municipality or relevant authority.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, specifically within the construction or infrastructure industries in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners, showcasing hands-on experience in data collection.
