• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to engage young learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Monitor and support the progress and development of each student.

• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans effectively.
• Understanding of child development principles and best educational practices.
• Patience and creativity to nurture a supportive learning environment.
• Current teaching certification or license appropriate for the grade level taught.
