Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within key accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, expanding product/service adoption and revenue streams.
  • Conduct in-depth account analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in key account management or sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing relationships with large, complex accounts, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
