Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE and should be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
• Assist with VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations.
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
