Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders in the eCommerce business of the aviation industry.
Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposed solutions.
Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and use cases.
Create functional requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business requirements.
-Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of proposed solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
Provide ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the solutions delivered.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the aviation industry (eCommerce, mobile app, airport services).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and remains informed of technology advances being made and proposed in airline industry that could add to the company s services and improve flydubai s efficiency.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IATA.
Experience with business process modelling, workflow analysis, and use case development.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, Azure Visual studio.
