  • Research solutions for standard software and hardware-related problems
  • Maintain knowledge of Parsons IT environment, workstation configurations, and associated technologies
  • Document service requests, resolutions, and outcomes according to company procedures
  • Support non-business hours operations by providing on-call service during weekends or holidays
  • Ensure compliance with Parsons IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 0 1 years of work experience in IT support, help desk, or MIS environment (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco technologies preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and personal computer hardware
  • Familiarity with printers, peripherals, and IT service desk operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
