Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Head for one of our esteemed client to lead and grow their export sales across designated global regions. The role requires strong expertise in fragrance and cosmetics markets, distributor management, and international business development to achieve revenue targets and expand global market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies for assigned regions (e.g., GCC, Africa, Europe, Asia).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, agents, and key accounts.
  • Drive sales growth through market research, competitor analysis, and penetration of new markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and annual business agreements with partners.
  • Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, documentation (COO, MSDS, etc.), and export standards.
  • Attend international trade fairs/exhibitions and represent the brand globally.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and forecast regional demand.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and address key commercial issues

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in exports within perfumery, cosmetics or personal care industries.
  • Proven track record in managing regional markets and delivering sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, regulatory requirements, and global distribution models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
