Internal Audit Manager – Manufacturing

The role requires strong experience in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on cost efficiency, production controls, inventory management, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct audits across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, production, sales, and finance functions.
• Review and evaluate internal control systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Monitor compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess cost-control measures, production efficiencies, and inventory management practices.
• Conduct investigations of irregularities, fraud, or process breaches.
• Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Work closely with management to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
• Provide advisory support on risk management, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the internal audit team to enhance organizational capability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certification: CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CA (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of progressive internal audit experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems - Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
