Job Description

As Inside Sales and Support Engineer, you are fluent in English and French or Arabic, preferable you speak all 3 languages fluent. In this role your focus is to provide technical quotations and drive aftermarket sales in the MEA region. You will engage with clients and prospects, handling technical inquiries, and ensuring accurate and prompt responses. Your role involves collaborating with the sales team and leveraging your technical expertise to contribute to the overall success of the inside sales process.
This position is office-based in Dubai Veralto office

- Handle technical and applications sales questions from customers and provide prompt, accurate answers liaising with Technical Support Team.
- Process quotations for Key Accounts and project businesses in MENA region and logging opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Engage in department key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management, and countermeasures where appropriate.
- Be a power user for Salesforce.com and Salesforce communities.
- Drive aftermarket/Installed base management sales in the region.
- Up to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experiences in the Water Industry
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering is required (Water, Process, Chemical or Environmental Sciences)
- Languages: English proficiency a must. Knowledge of the French and/or Arabic languages is advantageous
- Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations that apply to plants
- Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce CRM and excel
