Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, benefits, and organizational policies.
- Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
