Roles & Responsibilities

HR Specialist Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Full-Time Saudi National – Female Who We Are We are a fast-growing consultancy firm supporting international companies in establishing and expanding their presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. We deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions across licensing, HR, finance, compliance, and operations — enabling our clients to operate smoothly and confidently in the region. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and versatile HR Specialist to join our Riyadh operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless employee experience for both our internal team and the clients we proudly serve.

About the Role This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is passionate about delivering structured, accurate, and compliant HR services. You will support a wide range of HR functions — from internal HR operations to HR servicing for clients — while collaborating closely with our Policy, Process, and Performance Controller, Finance Department, Licensing Team, and other internal stakeholders. You will also be hands-on with Saudi HR government systems, ensuring all compliance activities and HR processes are completed efficiently and on time.

What You Will Do

Support Internal HR Operations • Manage recruitment activities: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers. • Coordinate onboarding, employee file creation, system access, and induction requirements. • Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and support monthly payroll processing. • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, warnings, and reports. • Assist with medical insurance updates, benefits coordination, and employee welfare support. • Handle resignations, offboarding, exit interviews, and asset clearances. • Maintain well-organized digital and physical HR records, trackers, and compliance files. Lead HR Government Platform Activities • Independently manage all HR-related government portals, including: • Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, MHRSD, and other required systems. • Ensure accurate processing of employee contracts, job title updates, sponsorship actions, Iqama renewals, and WPS compliance. • Stay informed of changes in Saudi Labor Law and ensure HR procedures remain fully compliant.

Deliver High-Quality HR Services to Clients • Support onboarding of client entities and their employees. • Prepare offers, contracts, documentation, and onboarding packages for client staff. • Maintain client HR files, trackers, and service records in an organized manner. • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave summaries, and HR reports for client accounts. • Manage client HR tickets through CRM, ensuring timely and high-quality service aligned with SLAs. • Assist in preparing monthly and periodic HR reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries. Provide Administrative & Cross-Functional Support • Prepare trackers, spreadsheets, presentations, employee letters, and internal templates. • Participate in internal and client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Work closely with Licensing and Finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate HR-related workflows.

What We’re Looking For • Works well within a team of other HR Specialists and can collaborate with other team departments. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia. • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and hands-on use of Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and WPS. • Excellent attention to detail and strong document-management skills. • Professional communication skills in Arabic and English. • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Why Join Us? • Be part of a rapidly growing consultancy supporting international investors in the GCC. • Work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities to grow your skills. • Play a key role in shaping HR processes, client service delivery, and operational excellence. • Join a company that values structure, accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement. • Contribute to meaningful work that impacts clients across different industries and countries.

Additional Requirements • Saudi National (Female) as per role requirements. • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate. • Full-time, on-site attendance required.
