Roles & Responsibilities

HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, operational, and technical roles.

Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.

Build a strong pipeline for seasonal and project-based hiring.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Organize engagement activities aligned with the agency s creative culture.

3. Performance & Development

Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.

Coordinate training initiatives relevant to the events industry.

Provide guidance on career growth opportunities.

4. HR Operations & Employee Files

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and personal files.

Ensure proper documentation for new hires, renewals, and exits.

Handle HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with labor law requirements.

5. Office Administration

Oversee general office administration tasks (supplies, maintenance, office coordination).

Support the coordination of travel bookings, event-related logistics, and office facilities.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Ensure the office environment is efficient, organized, and employee-friendly.
