Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use social media, job boards, and networking to find and attract talent.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment results to improve processes and make data-driven decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring manager
- Must have proven recruitment experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector.
