The HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in fostering a company's growth by finding top talent. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms and job boards.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to source prospective candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including CVs and interview notes.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and negotiate offers when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and workshops as required.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employment agencies and recruitment partners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the HR industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting recruitment processes.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality is essential.
