Roles & Responsibilities

On Behalf of Our Clint , we are looking for a HR Operations
Specialist
.

Job Summary :


Administer day-to-day HR operations including HRIS, employee
records, contracts, attendance, and HR processes




Responsibilities :

  • Manage HRIS and employee database updates.
  • Prepare contracts, job offers, and HR letters.
  • Track leave, attendance, and timesheets.
  • Maintain employee files and compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate GOSI and medical insurance updates.




Requirements
  • Bachelor s in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2 4 years HR operational experience.
  • Strong command of HR systems (e.g., MenaITech, SAP, Oracle).
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
