Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate for Visa processing.
  • Monitor Employee’s documents such as Visa, Emirates ID, Insurance, etc.
  • Support Office Operations and Administrative processes.
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR & recruitment experience is essential.
  • Understanding of the local UAE Labor Laws is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good multi-tasking and time management skills.
