Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, resolving inquiries and facilitating enrollment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to employees and managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

  • Update HRIS with relevant activities and documents.

  • Administer Ad-Hoc letters and statements.

  • Prepare HR reports manually and generate HRIS repots.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in fast-paced environments across various industries.

  • Experience in handling blue collar employees relations and employment full cycle.

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong ability to attract and retain top talent.
