Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Administer employee benefits programs, resolving inquiries and facilitating enrollment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to employees and managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
Update HRIS with relevant activities and documents.
Administer Ad-Hoc letters and statements.
Prepare HR reports manually and generate HRIS repots.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in fast-paced environments across various industries.
Experience in handling blue collar employees relations and employment full cycle.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong ability to attract and retain top talent.
