Conducting surveys to

Ensuring employees
understand workplace rules and guidelines.

Supporting diversity,
equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Acting as a liaison
between management and employees.

Providing employees
with updates on company policies or changes.

Tracking exit interview
feedback and reporting.

Personnel and Payroll

Ensuring compliance
with labor laws and regulations.

Responsible for
administering payroll system

Administer employee
records and maintain HR databases.

Manage employee
benefits programs (Social, Medical, Life insurance) and handle open
enrollment.

Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

+2 years of experience
working in Human Resources

Strong interpersonal
and communication skills

Outstanding knowledge
of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus

Proficiency in
documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

Fluent business English
is a must.
