JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an initiative and experienced HR Recruitment and Immigration Specialist to work in Dubai and represent interests of our European company. The position involves managing international recruitment, supervising immigration processes, and acting as a key liaison between the European office and talent from the Middle East and neighboring regions.
Our candidate must be fluent in Russian and have experience in the field of international recruitment and immigration procedures.
INFORMATION ABOUT A JOB
Job Title: Recruitment and Immigration Specialist (Dubai Office)
Location : Dubai , UAE
Submission: Head Office - Poland
Industry: Human Resources / International Recruitment / Immigration
Type of employment: Full time
Key responsibilities :
• Presentation of HR operations of a European company in Dubai
• Search and selection of international candidates, especially from the countries of the Middle East, CIS and Asia
• Coordination and accompaniment of immigration processes, including visa processing, work permits and residence permits
• Interaction with PRO, immigration consultants and European colleagues for timely document processing
• Compliance with the immigration and labor laws of the UAE and Europe
• Support for the adaptation and relocation process of new employees
• Accurate immigration and personnel accounting documentation
• Promotion of the employer brand in the Dubai market through networking, career events and partnerships
Requirements :
• higher education
• From 1 to 3+ years of experience in staff recruitment and immigration support
• Knowledge of labor and immigration law of the UAE
• Knowledge of European immigration procedures will be an advantage
• Strong fluency of English and Russian languages (oral and written) is mandatory
• Russian citizenship or close ties with CIS countries is welcomed
• Excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and interact with international teams
• Owning MS Office and staff recruitment platforms
