Job Description
Housekeeping Supervisor Six Senses The Palm Dubai Dubai, UAEbr> br>Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training, onboarding, and ongoing development for housekeeping hosts
- Demonstrate correct housekeeping procedures and service standards to team members
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
- Review daily arrivals and occupancy reports, aligning tasks with laundry and housekeeping management
- Supervise and inspect guest rooms and service areas to maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation
- Ensure all housekeeping offices, pantries, and storage facilities remain organized and well-maintained
- Assist team members whenever required to uphold workflow efficiency
- Ensure adherence to Six Senses guidelines, sustainability values, and guest service expectations
- Maintain compliance with LQA standards and respond to guest feedback

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury hotel
- Hospitality school degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM
- Knowledge of room allocation procedures, cleaning standards, and hotel operations
- Fluency in English
