Position Overview

Accor is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for M venpick Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. This role ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards to guarantee guest satisfaction and uphold brand reputation. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a professional approach to deliver exceptional housekeeping services.

Core Duties

• Prepare housekeeping carts daily with supplies, keeping storerooms and carts organized
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, windows, doors, fixtures, and public areas
• Replace amenities, towels, linens, and in-room literature as per brand standards
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings; clean vents and ceiling corners
• Strip and remake beds, inspect mattresses, and ensure bedding cleanliness
• Wash and mop hard floor surfaces and vacuum carpets, including under furniture
• Inspect and report maintenance issues with lights, TVs, faucets, and other equipment
• Maintain safe handling and custody of housekeeping equipment, supplies, and keys
• Ensure guest balconies and patios are clean and properly maintained
• Report safety concerns or unsecured rooms to management immediately
• Assist colleagues and other departments when needed to support smooth hotel operations
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with guests and staff
