Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office activities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist in office procurement and inventory tracking
  • Support in event planning and logistics when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
