Key Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Coordinate special guest requests and ensure personalized service
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and update guest profiles
• Promote hotel offerings and upsell services when appropriate
• Support concierge and front office operations as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
