Job Title: Group Behavior Support Therapist (Part-Time Per Session)

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Group Behavior Support Therapist to facilitate structured behavior support sessions for children in small groups. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based strategies to help children develop self-regulation, communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative, play-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate small-group behavior sessions (2 5 children per group)
Implement structured activities to target social, emotional, and behavioral goals
Use positive behavior support strategies to encourage participation and progress
Monitor and document individual and group progress
Collaborate with team members to adapt session plans based on group needs
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment

Requirements:
Background in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or related field
Minimum 1 2 years of experience working with children in a group or therapeutic setting
Knowledge of behavior management strategies and group facilitation techniques
Fluency in English with clear and professional communication; native or near-native proficiency preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
Experience with children with autism, ADHD, or related needs is preferred

Compensation: Per session basis (competitive rates based on experience)
