Graphic Designer Ultracare LLC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the FMCG sector to develop visual content that strengthens our brand and drives consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating packaging designs, in-store visuals, digital ads, and marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity and appeal to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging Design:
• Design product packaging and labels for tissue paper products and other FMCG goods.
• Ensure all packaging complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and print specifications.

• Branding & Visual Identity:
• Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all media (print, digital, packaging).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve the brand identity as needed.

• Marketing & Advertising Materials:
• Create brochures, flyers, POS materials, digital banners, social media graphics, and trade show visuals.
• Work with the sales and trade marketing teams to deliver compelling promotional content.

• Digital Content:
• Design visuals for social media campaigns, websites, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize designs for different digital formats and responsive display.

• Collaboration & Project Management:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand design needs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pre-press & Production:

• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design); knowledge of motion graphics or 3D software is a plus.
• Experience in packaging design and knowledge of print production processes.
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of brand development for consumer products (e.g., tissue paper, hygiene, food) in the UAE
• Familiarity with design trends.
• Understanding of sustainability considerations in packaging design.
