Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' visa eligibility, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order and accurately submitted.
- Provide tailored advice on visa categories and immigration policies, helping clients navigate complex legal frameworks.
- Stay updated on global immigration laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and timely adaptations to changing policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and immigration authorities, representing clients' interests throughout the application process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for more complex cases.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field, showcasing a solid understanding of visa processes.
- Certification in Immigration Consultancy or similar credentials which validate expertise in global immigration matters.
- Previous experience working with diverse nationalities, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability in approach.
