Job Title: Garment Production Supervisor (Women’s) - Filipino Preferred
� Location: UAE (Candidates must currently reside in the UAE)
� Experience: Minimum 2 years in fashion production, garment manufacturing, or related operations
About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Garment Production Supervisor (Women’s) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion operations, production timelines, quality control, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of fashion products
Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and quality control teams Manage procurement of materials and maintain production standards
Ensure cost-efficiency and workflow optimization Monitor inventory and stock levels
Maintain strong communication with design, logistics, and merchandising departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion production, garment factories, or textile operations
2. Strong organizational and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production workflows
Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced schedules
Previous experience in boutique or mid-sized fashion companies is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in Southeast Asian garment production techniques—particularly Filipino garment production methods— are strongly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with these styles will be highly regarded, as it aligns with our brand’s production standards.
