Position Overview
Marriott International is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the team at Bvlgari Resort Dubai. The role is responsible for guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, billing, and addressing guest requests to ensure seamless service. The Front Desk Agent will act as the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service that reflects the luxury standards of the Bvlgari brand.

Core Duties
* Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and late check-out requests
* Handle guest payments, activate or reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy
* Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate room readiness
* Answer guest calls, requests, and questions, ensuring prompt and satisfactory follow-up
* Provide directions, property details, and arrange guest transportation when needed
* Prepare and verify daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports
* Balance receipts, manage cash transactions, and handle financial procedures accurately
* Report safety concerns and follow company policies to protect assets and ensure compliance
* Maintain professional appearance, communication, and service at all times
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Previous front office or hospitality experience preferred but not required
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and remain professional in a luxury hospitality environment
* Basic knowledge of hotel systems and payment handling an advantage
