Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for French-speaking roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top French-speaking talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and face to face interviews and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly for French-speaking markets.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience for at least 1 year as a French Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • C1 French and B2 English language proficiency.
  • Experience recruiting for French-speaking roles or markets especially call center roles (Mass hiring).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team spirit.
