Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct online research and identify potential candidates
Map talent against structured job briefs and client criteria
Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to gather data
Submit organized and well-documented profiles using our templates
Collaborate asynchronously with our internal team
Desired Candidate Profile
Solid experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or similar research tools
Familiarity with talent markets in the GCC
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to deliver high-quality sourcing work independently and on time
