Noorka Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company s financial decision-making processes. As a Finance Officer, you will contribute to maintaining strong financial control and providing accurate reporting for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
• Monitor company expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and company accounts
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required
• Support management with financial analysis and recommendations
• Implement process improvements for greater efficiency in finance operations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in logistics or related industries
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
