What You ll Do

* Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including revenue forecasts, expense projections, and capital expenditure planning
* Prepare and oversee monthly management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights
* Conduct continuous analysis of operations to identify synergies, efficiencies, and underperforming assets
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies with broader business initiatives
* Deliver business KPIs and ensure adherence to financial targets
* Implement financial governance frameworks to strengthen compliance and reporting standards
* Drive initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and optimize capital and liquidity management
* Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making and long-term growth
* Monitor risk and ensure effective controls across finance processes

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or asset management
* Strong expertise in financial governance, compliance, and risk management
* Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, working capital optimization, and capital management
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
