About The Role
We are looking for a talented and data-driven Field Marketing Manager MEA to join our regional marketing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in planning and executing demand generation strategies across the Middle East and Africa, in close alignment with regional Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the MEA market dynamics, a passion for high-impact field and partner marketing initiatives, and the ability to convert strategy into actionable programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You ll have a key voice in shaping Sitecore s market presence across MEA by creating localized experiences that resonate with prospects and customers.
What You ll Do
- Develop and execute a multichannel field and partner marketing plan tailored to the MEA region, aligned to regional go-to-market priorities and revenue targets.
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that drive targeted engagement and accelerate pipeline within high-value accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Partner teams to ensure field marketing initiatives support pipeline creation, acceleration, and customer retention.
- Plan and manage in-person and virtual events including executive roundtables, workshops, and third-party sponsorships to build brand awareness and generate demand.
- Localize and execute global marketing campaigns, adapting content and messaging to ensure cultural relevance and maximum impact in MEA.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure marketing performance, generate insights, and optimize activities against KPIs including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Manage the MEA field marketing budget, ensuring effective investment allocation to support business objectives.
- Maintain strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Digital, Corporate Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay informed on regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy and drive innovation.
What You Need To Succeed
- 7+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, preferably in enterprise software or digital experience platforms.
- Proven success in planning and executing field and partner marketing strategies that support pipeline and revenue goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the Middle East and Africa markets, with the ability to tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
- Demonstrated expertise in ABM and demand generation best practices, including experience using platforms such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures and seniority levels.
- Experience with SaaS or digital experience solutions is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the MEA region.

- Experience building marketing plans for new and emerging markets.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for measuring performance and optimizing programs.
- Familiarity with digital content and web marketing in multilingual contexts.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language (verbal/written)
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
