Roles and Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming high profile customers into the showroom
• Recommending high end watch models best suited to customer preferences and budget.
• Discussing and updating customers on latest trends and fashions in the watch industry.
• Up selling / Cross selling watches / accessories, where applicable
• Achieving the monthly and quarterly sales target with regard to the store and brands.
• Interacting with customer, including providing information and overcoming objections
• Handling of new launches, product promotions and visual merchandising.
• Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty.
• Participating in shop inventory and stock replenishments
• Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback
• Receiving payment, issuing receipts and handing cash.
• Generating a daily sales report and complying to all company policies and procedures
• Coordinating with Customer Care Centre for after sales service
• Maintaining store ambience and prescribed hygiene standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants should be smart and highly presentable males / females aged 22 to 28 years, preferably with any degree and 1 to 6 years experience in selling fashion brands in a reputable store / showroom. Candidates with experience as Cabin Crew or as Guest Relations / Front Desk of a 5 Star Hotel are also invited to apply.
