Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation (including menu design) and will need to lead by example, demonstrating high end cookery and culinary skills alongside man management and staff development.
This is a great opportunity to work for an international hotel chain, who values internal recognition and promotion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have an experience as a Head Chef/Chef in Charge in a large kitchen operation.
Candidate should have a relevant training like diploma/degree with min 3yrs
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Good administration skills and proven ability to maintain food & wage costs.
Have a positive and energetic attitude.
Have an infectious passion for cooking and delivering a memorable dining experience.
