Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth in line with the company s objectives.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather competitive intelligence, staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively engage with new prospects through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marine or logistics sector.
