Roles & Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic vision for the engineering department, aligned with the organization s overall goals.Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams, to align engineering efforts with business priorities.Establish and enforce engineering best practices, processes, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.Manage resource allocation and develop talent within the engineering organization to support current and future needs.Drive technological advancements and ensure the adoption of state-of-the-art tools, frameworks, and techniques.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate engineering performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Address technical challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure project success.Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects and teams.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.Hands-on experience with modern engineering tools, technologies, and architectures.Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a tech startup or innovation-driven organization, is a plus.What We OfferA key leadership role in a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of innovation
