RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To facilitate and formulate Construction Supervision, management, coordination, administration and strict enforcement of the Construction scope included as part of FEED/EPC Contract in line with Client's objective of progressing Work Order completion timely and to project schedule
  • Coordination of the FEED/EPC Contractor from construction through commissioning and handing over of FEED/EPC works
  • Review and provide input to the overall construction/installation plan, procedures and construction/installation requirements identified in the EPC Packages developed by FEED contractor to ensure efficient constructability
  • Ensure the construction/installation plan, procedures and requirement developed by EPC contractor comply with the EPC Scope of Work intent and requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist fabrication works at EPC contractor's or EPC contractor's subcontractor's fabrication facilities
  • Supervise, monitor and inspect the work EPC contractor and EPC contractor's subcontractors at the construction location (or place of manufacture where applicable) in accordance with ADNOC Offshore policy for supervision, quality assurance, control and inspection for the project.
  • Maintain EPC contractor's adherence to safety, quality and schedule requirements for construction.
  • Participate in identifying Construction slippage and recommend corrective action(s) to be performed by EPC contractor

Expected:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation or E & I.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, being in a similar role for at least 5 years
  • PMC experience on EPC Offshore brownfield field production upgradation and modification of existing facilities projects is highly preferable
