Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective task delegation.
- Plan and schedule work assignments for executives to meet deadlines and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular sales reports and ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and evaluate performance across all e-commerce platforms, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the finance department on account-related matters, billing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare country-wise product forecasts and ensure adequate stock availability based on market demand.
- Maintain alignment with the KSA e-commerce team to ensure consistency in strategy, operations, and promotions.
- Supervise warehouse and delivery coordination, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups, handle service and repair requests, and manage new customer onboarding.
- New one time order follow up and creation work
- Maintain strong relationship with account managers ( NOON, AMAZON etc. )
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and ensuring timely resolution of client issues
- Coordinate with brand and sales team to plan and execute seasonal promotions
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of operations across multiple online platforms (e.g., Noon, Amazon, etc.).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online promotional strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
