Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure efficient performance
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults or technical breakdowns quickly
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and avoid system failures
Respond to emergencies such as alarms, hazards, and system malfunctions following established procedures
Maintain detailed logs of equipment conditions, maintenance activities, and incidents
Coordinate with other departments to address operational and technical requirements
Ensure compliance with engineering safety regulations and hotel standards
Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new systems or equipment
Maintain tools and engineering supplies required for daily operations
Assist in improving energy efficiency and equipment performance across the hotel

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations
Good teamwork and communication skills for coordination across departments
Computer literacy for logging reports and using maintenance systems
