Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is critical to supporting export operations across the MEA region, ensuring timely and compliant documentation for international shipments. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through accurate and responsive documentation handling.

As a Customer Service Documentation Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Prepare and manage export documentation including Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, and Time Drafts
  • Handle customer inquiries via Salesforce and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Monitor and execute tasks in work queues within defined service levels and compliance standards
  • Coordinate logistics such as courier arrangements and authorized signatory processes
  • Support order processing and drive improvements through effective complaint handling, onboarding of new procedures, and continuous optimization of documentation workflows


Desired Candidate Profile

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree or higher
  • English B2/C1

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics) and document management tools for handling export documentation efficiently
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and compliance with country-specific export controls
  • Excellent English communication skills, with Arabic language proficiency as a strong plus, especially for coordinating with customers and partners in MEA regions
  • Attention to detail and process orientation, ensuring accuracy in documentation and readiness for audits or regulatory reviews
  • Adaptability and training support experience, especially in onboarding new processes and working across multiple systems during transitions
