About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Director of Data Science to join the resort s Casino Data Science team.

Supports data analysis, performance optimization, building machine learning models, and providing business intelligence to the Marketing and Casino Marketing organization.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Oversee the strategic direction and execution of Marketing offers
• Leveraging data science, within the organization
• Lead teams of analysts and to derive insights, build predictive models and solve complex business problems to optimize Marketing insights and offers
• Drive the creation and implementation of best practices for statistical data modeling and analysis
• Build campaign workflows based on business requirements
• Create programs to automate and model tasks

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Master s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or IT
• Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience in a commercial work setting. Proficiency in Machine Learning and programming is a MUST
• Prior experience collaborating with Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch are preferred

• Knowledge in programming, machine learning, data analysis, and database manipulation skills
