About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director Casino Accounting to join the resort s Casino Accounting team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Oversee the preparation of daily revenue and financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

• Lead and manage cage operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

• Evaluate and recommend equipment and systems suitable for international cage operations

• Explore and assess innovative technologies and alternative payment systems that enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure all accounting activities conform to internal controls and international gaming laws

• Guide and mentor accounting and cage staff across multiple jurisdictions

• Establish and implement departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align cage operations with Wynn s global vision and values

• Coordinate financial statements, audits, and regulatory filings

• Maintain the integrity of financial reporting and ensure compliance with external financial requirements

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance is required

• CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior accounting or cage operations role within the gaming industry

• Proven experience in managing multinational teams and regulatory environments
