Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Design & Own the Digital Transformation Strategy - Assess current gaps, needs, and pain points.
- Identify and mitigate gaps that could impact the organization success.
- Design and prioritize projects to address identified challenges in Customers Adoption
- Coordinate and align multiple organizations and workstreams within DACS to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that support talent management and training.
- Partner with HR and Business units to embed digital fluency across the organization and to the Dealer Network.
- Champion team culture by promoting innovation, experimentation, and collaborative practices.
- Track and manage diverse projects milestones, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain program/project documentation and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership.
- Support Internal and external events to Build Team culture showcase digital transformation impact.
What You Will Have
Planning: Tactical & Strategic
- Ability to integrate project planning into broader business objectives.
- Strong skills in project Management, resource planning and alignment with organizational strategy.
Decision-Making & Critical Thinking:
- Skilled at analyzing options, anticipating impacts, and facilitating decisions through consultative or consensus-based approaches.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, actionable insights.
Data & Reporting
- Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Experienced in leveraging digital tools and analytics platforms to enhance data accuracy and visibility across the organisation.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in tailoring complex information into clear, actionable messages for leadership, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Strong presence with proven facilitation and negotiation skills.
