Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage monthly/weekly social media calendars across all platforms.
- Develop engaging content using Canva, AI tools, and other editing software.
- Monitor trends to ensure fresh and creative content.
- Collaborate with the team to shoot content weekly (photos, videos, reels).
- Plan and execute online campaigns to generate qualified leads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Suggest and implement growth strategies to increase brand awareness and digital engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital marketing / social media management (FMCG or Import/Export experience is a plus).
- B2B experience is mandatory.
- Must have idea of sales and business development.
