We're seeking a Digital Growth Manager to spearhead our growth engine. This is a high-impact role focused on relentless execution: you will design, own, and deploy sophisticated, data-driven campaigns across paid ads, email marketing, and strategic growth partnerships. Your mission is to scale our on-chain user base, ignite our product launches, and collaborate daily with Brand, Product, and BD to turn ambitious goals into measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Run and optimise ad campaignsTrack and improve campaign ROI, engagement, and user acquisitionPlan and execute lifecycle and product update email campaignsAnalyse performance, optimise based on insights and assist with reportingCoordinate influencer activations and help manage ambassador outputOwn timelines, deliverables, and tracking across digital campaignsIdentify and activate paid media and co-marketing opportunitiesAlign with BD on launches and integrationsRequirements:3-5+ years in a growth marketing role, with demonstrable success scaling user acquisition and engagement for a Web3 or high-growth tech productPossess expertise in designing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns (from paid ads to community-led initiatives) that drive tangible on-chain activityA deep understanding of the entire growth funnel, backed by strong analytical skills to measure what matters from top-of-funnel awareness to on-chain conversion and retentionLive and breathe DeFi and have a sophisticated understanding of the competitive landscape, key protocols, and the motivations of on-chain usersKey Skills:Power-user mastery of the modern growth stack, comfortably navigating both Web2 analytics (e.g., GA, Mixpanel) and on-chain data platforms (e.g., Dune, Nansen)Ability to excel in an async, remote environment with a hands-on mentality for both devising strategy and executing flawlesslyA relentless, data-driven approach to formulating hypotheses, testing them rapidly across channels, and scaling what worksExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex DeFi concepts simply and persuasively for both crypto-native and mainstream audiencesNice to have:Experience with ambassador or community-led programsPrior work in DeFi or Web3 growthKnowledge of performance benchmarks in crypto adsExperience with creative asset productionFamiliarity with 1inch ecosystem or competitorsWhy work with us?Join a young, creative team in a fast-paced and supportive environmentWe re open to new ideas if you ve got a vision.
